  I got an email telling me my .com wordpress site is going to expire in less than a month, when I click and follow the link I am told I have no sites and asks if would I like to create one.

  You do not have any sites in this account, so if you have a site it belongs to a different username account.

  What is the domain that you want to renew, please?

  That domain was bought by a different username than you’re using to post here, and from what I can see your username has never been a user on the site attached to that domain.

  If you have another WordPress.com account that you used to buy the domain, you’ll need to log in as that username first. If you can’t remember your login details for that account, you can try our account recovery options here:
