Trying to renew

  I’m trying to pay £22 for my website renewal. I have a credit card saved on my profile. When I go to the Purchases menu and click ‘Renew subscription – £22’ I receive a red pop up that says ‘Enter your first name.’ However, there is no where to enter my first name. Please help.
