I am trying to renew my premium subscription but it says that it won’t take my credit card because it was initially created by a different user…I don’t know what to do

Contact the owner of the site and have them transfer the site and upgrades to your account.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
The owner of the site can transfer the site and/or upgrades to another account by adding another username account as an Admin.

If you are the person with the username account that registered the site and purchased the original upgrade read on.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
If the log-in information is lost you need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
