Trying to renew

  Hi, I got an error that 2 of the services I use need renewing, when i go to renew them i get the error message “This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?”

  I am trying to renew what it says needs renewing and pay the $99. Please help.

  That usually means you are not logged in as the proper account / user – is there another account you might have used to purchase the original upgrades?

  What upgrades & what blogs are the upgrades for?

  I will also flag this for the staff in case you need more help
