Trying to renew account

  When I go to ‘domain dashboard’ in the email sent to [REDACTED] in order to renew the name, it says I don’t have any WordPress sites yet.

  Is it possible you have access to multiple WordPress.com accounts?

  If yes, you would need to sign into the account that manages the intended website.
