Trying to renew after it expired.

  My wife set the account up over a year ago. I did not know about the site you all have at all. I thought it was through google. It has expired due the card number is different. How do we reactivate it without going through a million steps. Do you have a phone number# I’m old school. Thanks

  First, can you log into the account that previously owned the domain? There aren’t any on this account so we’re not sure which domain you’re struggling with.

  Once you’re logged in as the domain owner, respond here and we’ll check to see what options are available.
