Trying to renew and gettin "This domain already exists and cannot be registered"

    My site is up for renewal and when I go to pay the $18 ($13 domain mapping, $5 domain registration), I get the error message ” This domain already exists and cannot be registered.”

    It won’t allow my payment and I’m worried I will lose my site since I can’t get in touch with anyone at WordPress.

    I have four days to figure this out before losing my site. Has this happened to anyone? Is there any way to get in touch with someone at WordPress to help renew? I

    Please log into the dashboard http://doyouhearthemusic.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade to renew and enable auto-renew status to assure that the domain doesn’t expire.
