  Why can’t I see the renew button?

  Hi there,

  It looks like your upgrades were purchased by a different user on your blog. Only they will be able to renew them. If you look directly beneath the name of the upgrade, you’ll see that person’s name. If you reach out to them, they can renew it for you.
