Trying to renew domain

  I don’t want to upgrade, I just want to renew but I’m having difficulty figuring out where to do this. Thanks!

  What exactly do you want to renew? I don’t see any upgrades in your account.

  If you have upgrades that you bought using a different username account, please log in as that account to renew the upgrades from the Purchases page:
