  I don’t get this. It says I currently have the premium account and have that domain, but my emails are bouncing because that domain is not active?

  Nothing seems to be working. I can’t view or update my purchases or anything.

  Hi Sarah –

  The domain, sarahmcgowan.org is in redemption. I will need to contact our domain partner and work with them to get this domain restored. To do that, they charge an $80 fee. Please verify that you agree to pay this fee and I will get the process started.
