Trying to renew domain

    I got the email below today, but can’t figure out how to renew my domain. My domain isn’t listed in the Purchases section.

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

    Thanks for the reply.

    The problem is that this is the account that purchased the upgrade. We only have one. So, if the upgrade was purchased with some other “mystery account” I’m not sure how to find it.

    Any thoughts?
