Trying to renew domain mapping. Update User/credit card
-
One of our admins received an email that our domain mapping will expire on March 23. This Admin is leaving our site and I want to take over payment and email notifications regarding everything related to our site, but I do not seem to have access to this information from my login, even though I have full administrator privileges. I clicked on ‘Domains’ and got a page that shows that mapping is about to expire and a button that says ‘Payment Settings’ but when I click it, it takes me back to my own WP page that has no mention of this domain mapping charge or how to renew it/change the CC information. Please help, I do not want this mapping to expire.
Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Organizations, companies and/or groups of any kind do not own blogs. The recommendation is for only one Admin per blog for good reason.
Nothing is off-limits for Administrators, including deleting the entire site. This is why we recommend having only one administrator per blog. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account, who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address and purchased any upgrades.
The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or to update credit card information, or to transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgradesYou will have to contact the site’s actual owner and have them renew or transfer the site to your username account.
