Trying to renew domain name

  The person who handle our account is no longer with the company. We need to update our domain name it expired on 02/19/14. We can not get to the level to renew domain name. I understand from reading other forums that the person who originally handle your account is the only one who can make any upgrades. Please tell me how do we get past this problem?
