Trying to renew expired domaian

  I am trying to renew the doamin as http://www.health-axis.com is off line, but when i log in to wordpress and try to pay the $5 to renew, there is a message saying, “oops we cannot find the domain you are looking for please contact support”.

  Can you please assist urgently as the site has been down a few days now.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry about the miscommunication, but in order for your domain to stay registered through us, mapping is a part of the registration. So, the yearly rate for keeping your domain registered would be $18, and not $5.

  Therefore, you can renew your domain by going to Store > My Upgrades now; however, I will provide you $13 of free credits to renew this domain for $5 for this upcoming year. :)

  Please note that your domain expired a few days ago, so try to renew it ASAP. In about a week or so there will be a late fee of $80 put on top of the domain and unfortunately, that I cannot waive this fee as it is put on us by our registrar.
