Trying to renew my Custom Design upgrade

  My custom design upgrade expired because I switched credit cards and forgot to update the info in WordPress. Now I can’t seem to find a way to pay the $30 again like I did the last few years. Have I permanently lost the custom CSS I added?

  Hi there,

  The expiration was recent enough that I could still add the upgrade back to your account. It will expire again in one week, so please renew it via Purchases before then:

  Please note that should that upgrade expire again we won’t be able to add it back a second time and you will need to purchase the Premium Plan to regain the custom design features.

  Thanks very much for your help! Looks like it’s fixed.

  I put in my updated credit card information, and it says it will charge my card the $30 in a couple of days.

  I can confirm auto-renew is active on that upgrade, and it looks like we’ve already started the renewal process, so everything looks good to me.
