Trying to renew my domain

  I have been trying to renew my domain for over a month now with no luck. it expired two weeks ago. every time i click through it brings me to the plan upgrade page. i do not need to upgrade my plan at this time i just need to renew my domain for $13 a year. this seems like it should be simple, but i can’t figure it out.
