Trying to renew my domain

    Hi, i was a little late whenrenewing my domain lifeinabalance.com . When i try to add it again it is reporting that the domain is taken. Having spoken with http://www.wildwestdomains.com (the listed registrar) they can confirm that the domain is not taken nor available on the market.

    Having seen a few other posts on here with the same issue, are you able to release this from your end to allow me to re-purchase please?
