trying to renew my domain names

I have been trying to update my two domain names for three days. I got to the “Update Primary Domain” blue bar, and click on it, but nothing happens. Nothing. I have tried going to the “My Upgrades”, and clicked on that as well, and again, nothing happens.
And now by site is unreachable, as it expired today. How do I get my site back, and how do I get WordPress to accept my many efforts to pay them for these two renewals>

What are the 2 domains you need to renew?
Only the username that purchased the domains here will be able to renew them, so make sure you are logged in with that username before clicking on My Upgrades.

It looks like the domain mapping upgrades for that site were successfully renewed today.
Unless I hear otherwise from you, I’m going to assume that this issue has been taken care of.

Well, it is a year later, and my website domain has again expired. I never received a notice that it was about to expire, and no where is there a way to get into the system to renew my domain. I would like to renew it, not upgrade it. How do I do so?
The domain is http://www.seacoastfencingclub.com, and http://www.seacoastfencingclub.org (it is just the one site, just reachable by the two names).Chris

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
