trying to renew my domain names

  I have been trying to renew my two domain names for three days. I clicked on the “Renew Now” blue bar, and it takes me to “My Domains”. But when I clicked on that, nothing happens. I have then tried “My Upgrades”, and clicked on that, and again, nothing happens.

  My domain has now expired. How do I get WordPress to accept my requests to upgrade my domains?
