Trying to renew my mapping

Hi! I’m trying to renew my mapping for $17 and all wordpress gives me is an option at $4/mo, ridiculous.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good Morning –
You should be able to add the Domain Mapping upgrade back to your account for the $17 by going to My Sites > Domains > Add > Already own a domain? Map it.
Let me know if you run in to problems with that.

Tried already, it doesn’t work I get this error message:
Sorry, mathieuwpelletier.com is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.And I haven’t found any option to remove it either.

And when I click on “this domain expired a month ago” then “payment options”, it sends me to the $3.99/mo option, which I refuse to pay.

Hello again Mathieu! I have restored your Domain Mapping through Dec. 21 and you can renew it for another year before that date by visiting wordpress.com/me/purchases. Let me know if you have any trouble!

Hi, thank you! I was able to update my pmt info this morning and it says the $17 mapping will be renewed Dec 21th.

Hi! I got an email today saying the autorenewal failed and that my mapping is expired. When I try to go and make a manual payment it’s back to square one with only the $4/mo option. This is really getting on my nerves right now as there is room on my credit card and a complete failure on the wordpress side. Please fix.

Thanks, I appreciate. I’m trynig to access my website this morning and still get a message that the mapping expired yesterday and visitors don’t have access to my website.

I’ve fixed it so the site is now visible again. You will currently see a renewal of 12/30/16 until our developers are able to take a closer look. Once they have, I’ll extend it for a full year. Please let me know if you see any further error messages.

Hi! I’m still getting this error when I try accessing my website:
Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
It’s now beyond ridiculous. I just cancelled the mapping with my domain provider, please do the same with wordpress and I will look at other options for hosting my website.

I also notice an auto renewal for rouynat mapping on Dec 13 2017, i have never authorized that to happen.
