Trying to renew my subscription to Custom Design

  I am trying to renew my subscription to Custom Design, and pay via PayPal. I’ve already tried three times. From the WordPress Shopping Cart page I choose PayPal as my form of payment, and then click “Conform via PayPal”. I get redirected to the PayPal login, and smoothly go through the PayPal payment process. But then I get redirected back to the WordPress shopping cart, which looks just as it was before I made the ayment – as if no payment has ever taken place. And indeed, WordPress seems to have no knowledge of my having rebewed the subscription, and PayPal has no record of the payment I just made. What is happening? Please advise.

  We definitely have no record of the payment either. Is your PayPal account frozen or locked?

  Nope. Not frozen, not locked, and in perfect working order.
