Trying to renew primary domain

    The primary domain fullframe.dailypress.com is set to expire March 9, 2016 — I’m having trouble renewing it. The admin who set this up is no longer with Tribune Publishing, so I’m lost on where the domain was purchased (or if it’s a free domain). Help, please?

    Update: At the billing prompt it gives me the following error message: This subscription was originally purchased by another user. Please ask the subscription owner to renew the subscription.
