trying to renew, site expires in one hour, no longer have access to SCFFM account

  Hello,
  I switched jobs and no longer have access to the SCFFM account. Apparently that is also the only account that can pay to renew the account domain for another year. I am also not able to delete that account from the list of admins. Can you help? The other person I’m working with is afraid that if we don’t update by tonight we’ll lose our domain. I would like for him to be able to have payment rights and we need to remove the SCFFM account.

  SCFFM account?

  What is the actual URL of the site?
  Which username account registered it?
  Which username account purchased the upgrades for it?

  re: renewing upgrades

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account.

  If you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the sites and upgrades to your username account.

  Only the owner of the purchase can renew it. Which domain do you need to renew?
