Trying to renew the upgrades on a domain

    I have a domain I’m trying to renew the upgrades on a domain and need help but I cannot find a way to contact support directly.

    It added the blog line at the bottom of post. it’s not that blog.

    When one does not have a paid upgrade plan, questions submitted in your Dashboard are routed to the Community forums for help by other community members, forum volunteers and mods. When we cannot answer a question, or need extra behind the scenes help (like your question), the forum thread is tagged for Staff assistance.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any domains in your account, only two Premium Themes. The last payment in your account was made in 2014, and it was not for a domain renewal or purchase.

    What is the domain you are trying to renew? I think that domain might have been bought using a different account, but if you give me the domain I can make sure.
