    Hi,
Sticky posts appear highlighted in some way, depending on the theme you’re using. For example, some themes display sticky posts with a colored background behind the title.

As you are using Tonal theme, you can make any post sticky.
To make the post sticky, please open the post in editor which you want to make sticky from your_site->posts->all_posts. In editor on right side you will find setting sidebar. Click on the post and click on the checkbox written “Stick to the top of the blog”
Please find the Screenshot for more details.

In below link you will find more detail instructions
    https://wordpress.com/support/post-and-page-visibility/
Please note that “Sticky option is only used for one or two posts on a blog.”

This is the easiest way I explained. If I didn’t get it right, please let know here.

    Thank you.
