Trying to replicate functionality

  Hi,
  I would really appreciate help – I need certain type of functionality, an example in this site:

  Categories

  Essentially tiles or other elements that trigger a drop down content element as in the example more or less on mouse click.

  I don’t know any theme that would have this kind of functionality natively. Would some plugin make this happen perhaps?
