Trying to replicate Sketch layout as presented by WP. Thanks!
-
Hi, How do you get rid of ‘Share this’ and ‘Leave a Reply’. I’m trying to fix the layout so that it can look like the sketch layout on WPs site. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. You appear to have the Kelly theme on your site, not Sketch.
Regardless of theme, to remove the sharing section by default, go to Settings ->Sharing in the dashboard and deselect all the options next to “Show buttons on”.
To remove comments by default, go to Settings ->Discussion and deselect the second and third options under “Default article settings”. Make sure you save the settings on both these screens.
Changing these settings will only apply to new posts and pages you create. For existing posts and pages, go to Posts ->All Posts or Pages ->All Pages in the WP-Admin dashboard (http://writingbypaula.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) and use the Quick Edit or Bulk Edit function to disable comments and sharing. https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#quick-edit

Hi, thanks for your assistance.
1. The ‘leave a reply’ message is still appearing on the site. How do you remove it please?
2. I was able to remove the ‘share this’.
The site is https://writingbypaula.wordpress.com/
Thanks much.

Hi there,
You can enable and disable comments on WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion
Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/You can override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.

You can reveal it by clicking on Screen Options http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ on the top right corner of your Admin page, and checking the box that says Discussion so the module is included. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules

Thanks for your advice but when I went to ‘Discussion Settings’ and tried to remove ‘Leave a Reply’ under the category ‘Prompt’ under ‘Comment Form’ it didn’t save the changes.
How do you get over this hurdle? :) Thanks.

You can’t delete the comment form prompt, you can only edit it.
The only way you can remove that is by disabling comments. Disabling comments under Settings ->Discussion ONLY disables them for future posts and pages.
For your existing pages you have to disable comments for each post individually from the Pages ->All Pages section of the dashboard, as both timethief and I have explained.
