Trying To Report An Abusive Website

I have tried using the form to report a website for abuse but it keeps saying that the website isn’t running WordPress. I know for sure that it is and it is happening for every site that I enter despite them 100% running WordPress. Any help would be appreciated.

Before reporting a site with this form please verify that the site in question is hosted by Automattic. As a reminder, we have no control over self-hosted sites built using free WordPress software which may mention “Powered by WordPress.org” or something similar. Those sites use the open source WordPress software and aren’t hosted by us, so you should contact the appropriate web host with complaints.
You can perform at WHOIS query at https://whois.icann.org/en to determine whether the site is hosted on WordPressdotcom or not.

As @justjennifer mentioned, the site may have been created using WordPress.org software rather than WordPress.com. If there is a “created by WordPress” link in the footer which takes you through to WordPress.org, that means the site isn’t hosted here and we have no access to or control over the content.
If it is a WordPress.org site and there is no way to contact the owner directly from there, you could try finding their contact details using the WHOIS query suggested above.
