Trying to request a full refund

    I wanted to transfer my site from Wix. I found this wordpress article which looked like it would be possible so i bought a plan for £72.

    It turns out that this feature does not exist (Wix is not listed as a site to import when you follow the instructions, other sites are there but not Wix)

    I would like a full refund. However the Refund option in my account only offers me £58 – I would like a full refund. I was mislead into buying this plan because the functionality advertised does not exist. How can I get a full refund?

    I have tried to use the live chat support and I have had no response after a few hours.
