Trying to request refund

    I have tried to follow all the refund steps however do not have anything showing up in my ‘Purchases,’ despite my card being charged, to begin with. I no longer wish to have this service and now I’m stuck. Please help!

    This usually happens when you have another wordpress.com account. You can find out at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. On the same page is a form to contact the Billing Team.

    I can confirm that you’ve never made any payments to us via the WordPress.com account you used to create this thread.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ as suggested above – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    From there you’ll also be able to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
