Trying to restore a Parked Domain

Two days ago I purchased the domain name elisemccreary.com and a year long upgrade but then decided to cancel the upgrade and accidentally deleted the domain name as well. I would like to restore the domain name to my account so that I can use it. I messaged the support team two days ago but haven’t heard any response regarding the status of my domain. Any help would be appreciated!

decided to cancel the upgrade and accidentally deleted the domain name as well. I would like to restore the domain name to my account so that I can use it.
I know it is easy to click one time too many and cancel more than i wanted to – it can be a painful experience!
To use a domain on your site, you do need a paid plan.
In: https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/ it says
The cancellation link sent to your the email address in your account is only valid for 24 hours.
so if you were lucky enough to miss the cancellation email, all is not lost. But if that were the case you probably would not have posted here :D
You did not indicate how you contacted support, so i added the modlook tag to this post so the good WordPress folks will be by after a bit to take a look. Please be patient

Hi. I purchased a domain through WordPress a while back (aninspiredphotojournal.com) and wanted to switch it to my new wordpress.com site, but I get a message saying the domain is already mapped. Would appreciate help retrieving my purchased domain now parked?

I believe I can retrieve your domain for you, but the WordPress.com site associated with the domain has been deleted. Was there a particular site you wanted to connect the domain to if I am able to retrieve it?
