  Hello
  I need assistance in retrieving information concerning a domain I have purchased for my business. I need to move my domain to a different hosting server/company.

  Looking at the domain I can see that it is not associated with the account you’ve used to contact us from. Are you able to sign in to the account with the domain registration?

  • If yes, write back to us here under that account and we can move forward.
