Trying to set up a navigation link to the blog. Can't find the blog url.

  Hi, I ‘m helping my friend, who’s account this is to straighten out her site. She was posting her blog articles to a Page so I explained the distinction between that and a Post to her. She wants to be able to link to individual blogs from social media sites. I tried to set up a navigation link to the blog but I can’t for the life of me find the blog url. She does not want the real blog set up as the home page, it has to be another page. I work with WordPress sites for a living and this seems like functionality that should be available and easy to find in your WordPress.com customizer as well. You help is greatly appreciated.
