Trying to set up a new theme

I am relative new at this, so I hope you can help me :-)
I am using the theme Morden, but would like to change font size, change the header a bit, colour on links and if possible change the spacing between blocks.
Is there a plugin that can help me with it, so I dont have to go into the codes?
