Trying to set up another user (author) for my blog.

When I send the invitation, and the other person accepts invitation, in this case it is me using another email account, I get the following message:
Whoops, you can’t use an activation key you have created for someone else.
Please let me know what I am doing wrong, and I would like a step by step description of how to set up the user.
Please help ASAP, this is my second email.

Can you make sure you’re logged out of your current WordPress.com account when clicking on the “Accept Invite” button?
