Trying to share posts on twitter

I have a word press dot com blog. I am trying to set it up so I can have it post to twitter. The thing is I can’t find the sharing options in settings. Could it be because I am on an iPhone? Could I get a plug in for my blog that does the same thing? If so, where? Thanks for your help.

Wow I don’t mean to be rude but this site is a nightmare for blind users! I think my URL us: https://catschatter.wordpress.com I haven’t added anything much yet because I wanted to get everything set up first. I am sorry I am not meaning to be annoying here, but this is all new to me. Add the fact that I have to use voice readers due to being blind, and that makes it harder for me to get around on your site. If you could at least tell me where plug ins are that would help a lot. Sorry for typos, I am having trouble with this site and my screen reader.

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Thank you so much! I just got everything connected. I have one more question. If I post using WordPress for iOS the post will post to Twitter and Facebook automatically correct? Or do I have to post them using Safari? Also, just a sidenote the iOS app works superb with voiceover.
