Trying to sign in to an OLD blog account.

I have an old blog here that I’m trying to re-open and none of the passwords or security info is working. It might be that I changed my Gmail from a misspelled one (email visible only to moderators and staff) to a correctly spelled one (email visible only to moderators and staff)

That site is associated with a completely different email address, so the issue isn’t a typo in the email. But that’s as much as I’m able to say.

You started this thread as the account,
richfrancophotography. Your last reply is also from this account.I notice now your second reply above was from the account,
bigrichpho. That’s the account you want to be logged in as, as that’s the one that owns your site at https://americacycom.wordpress.com/So log out again, and log in as
bigrichpho, and you should have access to your site. -
When I log in and see my blog, Americacy, I can see my posts, but when I try to “add” a new post, getting the message
“You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.”!!! I can SEE my BLOG, but WP is telling me I don’t have ANY SITES!!!???

Hi,
You are still logged into the
richfrancophotographyuser account. You need to log out and then log back in with thebigrichphouser account.richfrancophotography does not have access to create new posts on https://americacycom.wordpress.com/. Only bigrichpho can do that.
Does that make sense?

Not sure HOW to log back in to bigrichpho! When I sing on, already richfrancophotography and IF I try to change it there, to bigrichpho, says it changes the richfancophotography account and can’t be changed back!
Would it just be easier to start a new blog?

It sounds like you are logging in as
richfrancophotographyand then trying to make some changes (while under that account) to rename it tobigrichphosomehow?If so, this is definitely nott the right way to regain access. To clarify, they are two totally separate accounts so you will need to:
- Log out as
richfrancophotography: to do that, go to this page and on the left, under your profile image, click the button to “Log Out” - Once you have logged out, go to this page: https://wordpress.com/log-in
- On that page you will then want to enter your your
bigrichphousername, and the password you have set for that account (which may not be the same as the password you use on yourrichfrancophotographyaccount)
Once you have done that, you will be able to see all sites and settings under your
bigrichphoaccount as requested.If for some reason you do not remember the password you have set for your
bigrichphoaccount, please email our account recovery team for direct assistance at this address: passwordhelp@wordpress.comHope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Not trying to be sarcastic….but when I do go to my page and find my profile image, there is NOTHING under it, no Login/out. When I click on my profile image, it takes me to “Gravatar”? Says: manage Gravatars, then underneath, “pick email to manage”
Do I change something there?
Holy Smokes! Did it! Wen to another computer, Googled “WordPress Log In”, used my Bigrichpho and password and it WORKED! Just published “TEST”! Next post, probably longer!
