  Trying to signup on the business plan but the card keeps getting rejected. Kindly help immediately. Support required

  Hi @onlinegrowthguy, I’ll double check with our payments team. Can you also try a different card? Typically if card isn’t working, it’s being rejected on the bank’s end. You might try contacting them, too, to see if there’s a reason they’re blocking this purchase.

  I have tried multiple cards and they keep getting rejected. I am using a card issued in India. Twice the amount was debited from my account. I am yet to be upgraded even after the money has gone out from my account twice.

  I need this website setup immediately as Forbes, CNET, Mashable, PCMag and Thrive Global are going to run exclusive articles about me on their websites.

  Is there a possibility my account can be upgraded to the business plan for a month and I can submit the payment immediately after I receive the international card which is supported by wordpress.

  Need immediate help.

  The rejection is on the bank’s side of the transaction, though. It has nothing to do with us. Have you contacted them to inquire about this?

  Yes I did and they asked to confirm it with wordpress. My other international transactions are going through the same card however its not being processed successfully on WordPress.

  No, we aren’t able to do that.

  The error is coming to us as insufficient funds which comes directly from the bank, so the transaction isn’t even making it in to our system. Let them know that is the error we see on our end.
