Trying to start new blog

Every time I try to sign up for a new blog I get an error message that says, “Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.
Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it”I don’t understand this message, I have changed my URL several time, but nothing is working

You cannot create a new blog until you have contacted staff via that link and gotten your blog more in line with the terms of service here.

That’s not much of a threat. Post as many threads as you like. But you cannot create a new blog until you have communicated directly with the Terms of Service team via that link above.
