trying to switch from free plan to Explorer plan

    when I try to upgrade it says that the Explorer plan is not compatible

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    It seems that your site is not compatible with the Explorer plans due to an active plugin, custom theme, or activated hosting features. Because plugins/third-party themes are only available on the WordPress.com Creator plan and higher, you won’t be able to upgrade to the Explorer plan in the current state of your site.
