Trying to take site live with Cloudways

    Hello! We are trying to launch our website and followed all the steps outlined by Cloudways, however, when we try to go to our site, it takes us to a WP login page that won’t allow us to login or reset our password (even with the correct credentials). At the top it says ‘logging into wordpress is disabled for sites that are in staging mode.’ Appreciate any insight as to what may be going on! Domain is purchased through bluehost.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
