trying to transfer a domain to another wordpress site

I am trying to transfer wings.me.uk from wings.wordpress.com to Inaudible Like Angels (reillystreet.wordpress.com) but I keep getting Transfer Failed. I have just had wings.me.uk mapped to wordpress so theoretically, it should transfer?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have transferred it for you. Currently: wings.me.uk is set at the primary domain as seen here:
If you want to change this, please go to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. If you are not seeing the screenshot above when you go to wings.me.uk, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
