Trying to transfer domain

I bought my domain name, morganwebbphotography.com, through wordpress but says it was purchased through wild west inc. I have gone into Domains in wordpress and unlocked my domain for transfer to bluehost so that I can use Prophoto. Bluehost, however, is saying that it is still locked through registrar Wild West Inc. Please help me unlock my domain so I can transfer it as I am aware that you use wild west to retrieve domain names if I am not mistaken?

I have read other threads and see that this is an issue. If I had known, I would not have gone through with this at this time. Please please please tell me that this issue will be resolved very soon, for this is my business domain!

We are working on the issue with the domain registrar and hope it will be resolved very shortly. I’ll keep you posted.

Thank you! Even an estimated time would be very helpful, if it’s more than a couple of days I will just try and keep my domain in it’s current location (if i can go back :()…I already have clients commenting on my site being down

I’m honestly not sure. It’s a glitch on the registrar’s end, and we’re working with them to resolve it.

I just received word that our domain registrar says that the issue with transferring a domain has been fixed. It looks like you were able to transfer the domain in the meantime, so is this all resolved now?
