Trying to transfer Domain

  Your system is not emailing the code. I have looked in every possible folder.
  Where is the code? Try another email address, send a text, or better yet Call Me.

  Need to get this fixed. Why you don’t have live chat?

  All we are trying to do is transfer this away from WordPress. When we select Transfer Domain – Transfer to Another Registrar, your system does not send an email with Transfer Code. YES, we looked in Spam, Inbox, and every folder we have. We have looked over three days. Still no code.

  Thanks for noting your domain – that domain is not registered here at WordPress.com, not now nor in the past. This means we’re limited to what we can assist with, but I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  A quick domain search over at GoDaddy shows that the domain is available to be registered.

  Since the domain is not registered at this time, you wouldn’t be able to acquire a transfer code for that specific domain. You just need to register the domain at your registrar of choice.

  Ha, Haa! Funny you say that.

  Today after sending a message to you the code finally arrived. The Domain was at WordPress, but the request to move it has been completed.

  I don’t know what other information I could have provided you with. You seem to believe it’s never been at WordPress. That is something you might want to research. It most certainly was, and another good reason to pull it from your company.

  It may well have been a WordPress installation hosted at GoDaddy, unless there was a typo in the domain you sent. But in any case we’re glad you’ve got the code!
