Trying to transfer domain

    We want to transfer our domain to a Squarespace website that we have built out. It seems that the way we need to sign into the account is different than the rest of the log ins. None of our emails work. Any idea why? I would like to use (email visible only to moderators and staff). Looking for any support in transferring!

    Hi –

    Looking at that domain I can see that it’s registered through ipower. The domain was not registered in our system here at WordPress.com. For help with pointing the domain to Squarespace you’ll need to contact ipower about their specific instructions.
