Trying to transfer domain from one wordpress blog, to another wordpress blog.

  I probably screwed a bunch of things up, but I am attempting to fix this issue. I have 2 blogs, Kayfroebel.wordpress.com, and KaysNovelNook.wordpress.com. I purchased a domain KaysNovelNook.com, but purchased it under kayfroebel.wordpress.com instead of the correct one. I am attempting to transfer it, but I am having no such luck! Ever time I try to transfer the domain to the other blog, it comes up with this error.

  The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.

  How can I make this work? I am sorry, but I am kind of in full-blown-idiot-mode when it comes to issues like this…

  Hi there – No problem, I moved the new one to the correct blog. Please note that your domain kayfroebel.com is currently in redemption – do you still plan on using that domain, or are you letting it expire? Note that if it expires there’s no guarantee it will become available to register again, so let me know if you’d like instructions on how to get it back.
