Trying to Transfer domain from WordPress to justhost

    Hello! I’m changing my website from wordpress.com to .org so I got justhost.com for hosting and am trying to transfer my domain over there. My domain is apparently with Wild West Domains right now and justhost is saying that Wild West needs to release my domain. However, when I contacted Wild West about it they said this: “I show this domain is registered through WordPress.com. You will need to contact WordPress.com about getting help with the domain transferred as we only provide back end processing between them and the registry. We do not have access to accounts or able to make any modifications on our side.”

    Anyone else have this issue? I saw a similar thread and it sounded like that person tried contacted wordpress and they said to talk to Wild West and it was just back and forth, stuck in limbo.
