trying to transfer domain, never received transfer code

    Hi, I unlocked the domain and submitted a request for a transfer code, the site says this was emailed but I have not received it. I checked the email address in my account settings to confirm it is the correct gmail account, and checked the spam folder, but no message. Please advise.

    Hi there,

    I checked out email logs and we did send out the email with the subject Domain Auth-Code For drdianaquinn.com.

    Since you have a gmail address, WordPress.com emails are known to end up in your social tab if you have that enabled. If you search for your domain in the general inbox search field with the subject above, you should be to find the email we sent to you regardless of the folder or tab that it is in.
