Trying to transfer. Domain still locked, but showing unlocked

    My domain name continues to be locked even though it shows it is unlocked. When I try to complete the transfer it shows this message:

    The domain knowinghope.org is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
    You will need to unlock the domain at 5237-ww before a transfer can take place.
