Trying to transfer my site to another wordpress.com account

  After trying to transfer my site to another wordpress.com account, I got a message saying ‘As you have a domain upgrade your request has been sent to support who will contact you shortly’. About how long will this be – days or hours?

  I tried to do this a few weeks ago and waited and waited but was never contacted. Possibly I made a mistake that time as I was ill but it seems just the same now.

  Please help….

  Sorry for the trouble. Our team replies to those transfer requests via email, and the exact time it takes depends on how many requests are already waiting for a reply.

  I’d be happy to help sort this out for you. However, I don’t see a site with a domain linked to your account janicefairtrade. Can you please reply to this forum post from the WordPress.com account that currently owns that site and domain, so I can take a look for you?
